Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 12 May 2026 · Version 1.0
Our commitment
StafFixHR Strategies & Software Services is committed to ensuring that the StafFixHR.com marketing site and signed-in portal are accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, and to support assistive technologies including screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack), keyboard-only navigation, and high-contrast / reduced-motion display modes.
Conformance status
We self-assess as partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. Some legacy modules — payslip PDF rendering, Excel import dialogs, and the rich-text letter editor — have known gaps which we are remediating on a rolling basis.
Features supported today
- Semantic HTML landmarks (
<header>,<nav>,<main>,<footer>) - Skip-to-content link on every page
- Visible keyboard focus rings (Tailwind
ring-2) - Form fields paired with explicit
<label>elements; error messages tied viaaria-describedby - Colour contrast ≥ 4.5:1 for body text, ≥ 3:1 for large text (verified with axe DevTools)
- RTL layout for Arabic / Hebrew locales (Phase 6)
- Resizable text up to 200% without loss of content or function
- Respects
prefers-reduced-motion— homepage carousels pause
Known gaps
- Some PDF outputs (Form 16, payslip) are rendered images of text — they do not pass through assistive technology cleanly. We are switching to tagged-PDF generation in Phase 21.
- The rich-text letter editor lacks a fully accessible toolbar — we recommend keyboard users compose letters in their preferred editor and paste in.
- Drag-and-drop org-chart and Excel import previews do not yet have keyboard-equivalent paths.
