What employers must settle in F&F
- Unpaid salary for the final month (pro-rated by days worked)
- Earned leave encashment for accumulated leave balance
- Gratuity if you completed 5+ years
- Notice period buyout if employer asked you to leave early, OR recovery from you if you left early
- Pro-rated bonus if your employer pays one and you've earned it
