We built the StafFixHR.com portal ourselves — payroll engine, attendance, leaves, performance, shifts, travel, WhatsApp notifications, and a self-service mobile experience. Same team that runs your HR also ships the software. Bugs get fixed by the people who feel them.

Why one team, not two vendors.
The traditional split is: you hire an HR services firm and an HR software vendor. They never quite talk to each other. When a payroll number looks off, the consultant blames the software and the software vendor blames the data. You end up reconciling on a Sunday night.
We built the software because we run the service. Every feature you see in the portal exists because a real client needed it. There is no roadmap committee — there are real people asking real questions and getting them shipped.
We stay deliberately small. The founder is on every account. You will never be passed to a junior.
Our oldest clients have been with us four years. We optimise for the long contract, not the loud quarter.

A note from the founder.
With over 15 years of hands-on HR & payroll experience, I started this practice running payroll and HR for a small handful of businesses I cared deeply about. The same companies are still with us today. That is the standard we hold ourselves to — not the number of logos, but the duration of relationships.
We built the software because we got tired of duct-taping Excel sheets to payroll formulas. The portal you see today is what we wish every HR consultant had access to — clean, multi-region, and built by the people who actually use it every month.
