What if I lost my password?
Click "Forgot password" on the login screen, or email hr@staffixhr.com. We verify identity with your Form 16 / payslip details before resetting.
How long are documents retained?
Indefinitely, while StafFixHR.com manages your former employer's HR. We never auto-delete payslips or Form 16s.
Can I edit anything?
No. The alumni portal is strictly read-only — you can download originals, but cannot change records. This protects everyone from disputes about altered documents.
My old company doesn't use StafFixHR — can you still help?
No, we only have records for companies that managed HR through us during your employment. For others, contact that company's HR directly.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Encrypted at rest and in transit, JWT-secured access, daily backups. Same standards we apply to active employees. Read more on our Security page.
