How does the system handle Maharashtra LWF (₹25 / ₹75 contribution)?
Deducted on the June + December payslip only (two-instalment year). Shows as 'Labour Welfare Fund' line. Total ₹100 annual employer outlay per active employee in those months.
Do you support biometric punch from Matrix / eSSL devices at the factory gate?

How is overtime handled under Factories Act (double-time after 9 hrs)?
