Change your plan or headcount

Upgrading

Go to Settings → Billing → Change plan. Upgrades take effect immediately:

• Pro-rated charge for the remainder of the cycle is added to your next invoice
• New features unlock right away

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle:

• You keep your current plan's features until then
• Next month bills at the lower tier
• Any data tied to features you're losing (e.g., advanced reports) becomes read-only

Headcount tier change

If your headcount crosses your plan's max (e.g., you move from the 100-employee tier to the 250-employee tier), you'll see a banner on Settings → Billing. The system auto-charges the diff at the next cycle. You can manually trigger the upgrade earlier if you want immediate effect.

Plan cancellation

Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. We respect cancel-at-end-of-cycle by default — you keep access for what you've paid for. Choose "Cancel immediately" only if you understand the data export process.
